WEBSITE INFO

  • I get asked this a lot, and it really comes down to this…I used to be in the situation of not knowing my SEO from my DNS and it’s not a nice position to be in. A lot of companies take advantage of this, but realistically they’re just a couple of acronyms for things that are actually quite simple for the average person to sort out for themselves. Since I’ve been on the customer side I thought I could bring it back to super simple - for those of you who only need that. If you’re after something more than what we offer, then I’m sure you’ll be able to find a company who can help give you all those extra bells & whistles you feel you need.

  • Absolutely. There are advantages to both when it comes to those crazy (time-travelling, as we say in our family) time zones, so no doubt we can work around anything if both parties are committed to making it work via the wonderful world of tech.

  • We think it’s the best platform for any solopreneur or small business. It’s functional yet stylish, and once we’ve got your website online, it’s simple enough for even the most non-techie person to edit the content.

  • That can be taken care of too. Just get in touch with us again, and we’ll quote for any extra work you’d like done.

  • It normally takes us between 2-4 weeks depending on which website selection you’ve made, and whether we’ve received all your content + branding etc. by the deadline we set. To be able to provide you with super affordable packages, the process we follow is simple & smooth as long as we’re both on board. We’ve created a simple “homework” questionnaire that you’ll complete at the beginning of our journey, which will let us know the ins + outs of what you’re after, so once we’ve got a plan for the content + layout, we’ll be away!

    Some projects might be quicker, while others might take longer, depending on the outcome we’ve decided on. Either way, it’s all about getting all the information from you at the beginning of the process, and remembering that all you need is a simple website to start with.

  • Once you’ve decided on the package that you want to run with (+ any extras), get in touch and we’ll send you our Intro + Info pack. It’s jam packed with a whole lot more content to help us really hone in on the requirements for your new website, which should make sure you’re happy with the end result.

EDITING/PROOFING/FORMATTING INFO

  • We only charge in 30 minute increments, because lets face it, sometimes an hour isn’t necessary.

  • Of course! Any info you share with us will only be shared within the Unmaze Online team (and only if it’s needed).

  • As fast as possible. Let us know your deadline, and we’ll let you know if we can fit your project into our schedule.

  • You retain ownership and full copyright of your work, including any revisions made by Unmaze Online.

  • AI can be a fantastic tool for certain tasks, but when it comes to editing and proofreading, a real life human takes into account the context of the content, and it really lacks the ability to format. Remember AI hasn’t been around too long so the tech hasn’t fully developed into something completely trustworthy yet.

  • Unlike other companies, the way we proof brings an every day element to our work, so it’s more relatable for every day people. This is the direction the world has gone in recently, and we feel that it’s important for companies to portray themselves as relatable to their target market as possible to secure those much-needed sales.

  • We can guarantee that no proofreader or AI on Earth can 100% guarantee their work. But, we are known for being extremely detail orientated, and will always strive to do our absolute best to achieve 100% accuracy for any project we complete.
